COVID Vaccine Program Links from Governor Cuomo’s Office

The Office of Governor Cuomo has sent the following information and links regarding the COVID-19 Vaccine Program.

You can find information about the state’s vaccine distribution program on http://www.ny.gov/vaccine Under the “Distribution Plan” tab is where you will find the list of eligible groups. This list will continue to be updated as eligibility is expanded.

There is also a “Check Your Eligibility” tool, which residents can use to make appointments at state-operated vaccine sites. The direct link can be found here: https://am-i-eligible.covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/

There is also a tab for the “Vaccine Tracker.” The tracker shows how much vaccine doses NYS has received from the federal government, how many first doses have been administered, and how many second doses have been administered.
