Terms and Conditions: The Chamber of Commerce of the Massapequas is not responsible for any theft and/or damage that may be caused to your property. The Chamber has exclusive rights in the selection of all vendors and does not promise vendor exclusivity. Location requests are considered but not guaranteed. Spaces are distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Participating Broadway businesses are not guaranteed space in front of their storefront. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!
Vendor registration closes May 19th - No Exceptions! Your next opportunity to register will be the day of the event beginning at 8:00 AM on a first come first serve basis. There will be an added $25 fee. CASH ONLY will be accepted for “day of” registrants.
CRAFT VENDORS:
• Craft and general vendors are not permitted to sell or distribute food or beverages of any kind, including water.
• All vendors must ensure that their tents are properly weighted.
• Set-up begins at 8:00 AM. (No vehicles are allowed on the streets after 9:30 AM.) Breakdown begins at 5:30 PM.
• Your location will be provided to you between May 29th – June 2nd. Please provide your cell so we can contact you directly.
• Vendor spaces are 15 feet WIDE and 10 feet DEEP. Vendors must not extend outside of these parameters.
FOOD VENDORS: Limited to 12 vendors at the committee’s discretion.
- *DAY OF EVENT – Please note that all Food Vendors must have PRICING for ALL items CLEARLY DISPLAYED FOR THE PUBLIC OUTSIDE OF THEIR ESTABLISHMENT. Any Food Vendor who does not clearly display pricing in a visible area (on a sign, display board, etc.) will be flagged by the committee, and may not be permitted to participate.
- Food Vendors must provide to the Chamber 1) a Certificate of Insurance naming the Chamber as an additional insured, and 2) a copy of your Nassau County Health Permit. You can mail these documents to our office (675 Broadway, Massapequa NY 11758) or e-mail them to massapequachamber@gmail.com. You must also have these documents with you on the day of the event. No food vendor will be permitted to participate without this documentation.
- You must supply your own water and electricity, and dispose of your own garbage. Dumpster provided.
