President’s Message – June 2023
Congratulations to the Massapequa Chamber of Commerce, our Board Members past and present, and all of our members, on the momentous occasion of our 75th Anniversary. This significant milestone represents a remarkable journey of growth, collaboration, and community spirit.
Over the past 75 years, the Massapequa Chamber of Commerce has played a fundamental role in fostering economic development, promoting local businesses, and creating a thriving business environment in our beloved community. The unwavering dedication and commitment of our members to supporting businesses both large and small have been a driving force behind the prosperity and vitality of our town.
Throughout the years, the Chamber has been a beacon of hope – providing resources, networking opportunities, and advocacy for our members. The tireless efforts of all of our volunteers and Shelley in organizing events, workshops, and initiatives have not only bolstered the local economy, but also forged strong relationships among business owners, residents, and community leaders.
In addition to our commitment to local business, the Massapequa Chamber of Commerce has been instrumental in shaping the fabric of our community. From sponsoring local events and fundraisers, to implementing programs that promote entrepreneurship and youth development, our organization has consistently demonstrated its unwavering commitment to the betterment of the Massapequas.
As we celebrate this remarkable anniversary, it is essential to recognize the outstanding individuals who have served as leaders and members of the Massapequa Chamber of Commerce throughout its rich history. Their vision, passion, and dedication have laid a solid foundation for success, and their contributions have had a lasting impact on our community.
