To help restaurants recover from the harsh economic realities of the pandemic, the Oyster Bay Town Supervisor Joseph Saladino and the Town Board are partnering with the LI Food Critic to host “Foodie Week,” highlighting fine culinary creations of our local chefs. They invite restaurants to join this initiative (10/16 – 10/23) and showcase unique dishes. This is not a discount program nor a prix-fixe meal-deal.
There are NO sign-up fees for participating. All restaurants and chefs have to do is what they do best – create several dishes that are “over-the-top” for their Foodie Week menu.
